Working with PAN in London — FAQs
Where is your London office, and which entity contracts with us?
Our London office is in Hornsey (Unit 6 Cranford Way, Hornsey, London N8 9DG); our head office is in Gaziantep. Which entity issues the contract and invoice, and in which currency, is stated in writing in the proposal. Day-to-day work runs over video calls, WhatsApp and a shared reporting dashboard.
Do you work in English only, or also Turkish/Arabic?
We work in Turkish and English and run bilingual campaigns for Turkish-British businesses. Arabic, Russian and German content is prepared per project with professional translation support, and the language scope is set out in the proposal. Cross-language SEO and hreflang set-up are included.
Can you handle UK-specific tools like Klaviyo, Recharge, etc.?
Yes. We can work with e-commerce tools widely used in the UK, such as Shopify, Klaviyo (email) and Recharge (subscriptions); payment integrations such as Stripe or GoCardless are included in the project scope when needed. Which tools are set up, and how they are maintained, is set out in writing in the proposal.
How do you handle personal data in the UK?
Data processing terms are set out in writing in the contract: the controller and processor roles, retention periods and the tools used are defined there. Cookie consent and UK GDPR requirements are addressed within the project scope; we recommend taking your own adviser's view on the legal assessment. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Health tourism (UK to Türkiye) — can you market both sides?
Yes. We can build the promotion of clinics in Türkiye to patients in the UK (hair transplant, dental, aesthetics) with multi-language Google Ads and Meta Ads, CRM automation and the WhatsApp Business API. Healthcare advertising is regulated; we build campaigns with the relevant legislation and platform policies in mind, and copy and visuals are submitted to you and your legal adviser for approval before publication.
Do you serve UK clients face-to-face?
Yes. We hold face-to-face meetings at our Hornsey office, arranged in advance. Meetings outside London are arranged when needed, with their frequency and travel costs set out in the proposal. Day-to-day work runs over video calls, WhatsApp and a Looker Studio dashboard.
