1. Identity of the Data Controller
Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 of Türkiye (KVKK), your personal data may be processed within the scope explained below by Pan Innovation House in its capacity as data controller.

- Establishing and performing the contractual relationship
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Statistical analysis carried out to improve service quality
3. Personal Data We Process
Name and surname, phone number, email address, company information, IP address, cookie preference information and any personal data that may appear in the content of the message you send through the form.
4. Methods and Legal Grounds of Collection
Your personal data is collected through the contact form on our website, and via email, phone and social media channels. It is processed under Articles 5/2 (c) and (f) of the KVKK, on the grounds of the establishment of a contract and of legitimate interests.
5. The Services We Use and Data Transfers
For transparency, here is the current list of service providers your personal data may come into contact with (last checked: 4 October 2026):
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) — hosting, content delivery and security for the site. Contact form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and form rate limiting uses Cloudflare KV; Cloudflare Turnstile is used for bot protection and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, for page performance measurement.
- Resend — delivering contact form notifications to the PAN team by email.
- Email hosting — correspondence sent to and from info@paninnovation.com.
- Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads tag (Google LLC) — loaded with Google Consent Mode v2. Until you give cookie consent, no cookies are set and no ad personalisation takes place; only limited, cookieless measurement signals are sent to Google. If you consent, analytics and advertising measurement cookies are used.
- Yandex Metrica — loaded only with your cookie consent.
- PAN visit measurement — the site's own cookieless page-view and click counter. Raw IP addresses are not stored; only country and province-level location is kept.
These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye; where that is the case, your data is transferred in line with the KVKK provisions on transfers abroad. Your data is never sold to third parties for advertising or marketing. You can change your cookie choice at any time via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page.
5a. Retention Period
Data submitted via the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting contract, and for no more than 24 months, after which it is deleted. IP addresses are SHA-256 hashed at rest so they cannot directly identify anyone. Only authorised PAN users can access lead records, through an admin panel protected by two-step verification.
6. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about your data that has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To request the correction of data that has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To object where analysis of your data by automated systems produces a result to your detriment
