1. Identity of the Data Controller
Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 of Türkiye (KVKK), your personal data may be processed within the scope explained below by Pan Innovation House in its capacity as data controller.

3. Personal Data We Process
Name and surname, phone number, email address, company information, IP address, cookie preference information and any personal data that may appear in the content of the message you send through the form.
4. Methods and Legal Grounds of Collection
Your personal data is collected through the contact form on our website, and via email, phone and social media channels. It is processed under Articles 5/2 (c) and (f) of the KVKK, on the grounds of the establishment of a contract and of legitimate interests.
5. The Tools We Use and Data Transfers
For transparency, here is the current list of third-party tools your personal data comes into contact with:
- Google Analytics 4 (anonymous traffic analytics) — only loaded with your cookie consent
- Google Tag Manager (tag management) — consent-gated
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram conversion measurement) — consent-gated
- SQLite (on our own server) — contact form leads are stored here and never leave our server
- Email server (form notifications forwarded to the PAN team)
- Hosting infrastructure (Render, PM2, nginx) — required to serve the site
Your data is never sold to third parties for advertising or marketing. Analytics and ad scripts are not loaded without your cookie consent (you can change your choice at any time via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page).
5a. Retention Period
Data submitted via the contact form is kept for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted automatically. Server access logs are rotated within 30 days, and any IP addresses are SHA-256 hashed at rest so they cannot be directly identified. Only authorised PAN admin users can access lead records.
6. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about your data that has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To request the correction of data that has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
- To object where analysis of your data by automated systems produces a result to your detriment
