PAN runs two specialist arms under one roof. Pan Enterprise Solutions builds custom software, ERP and digital transformation for factories and enterprise organisations; Pan Digital Growth grows brands’ marketing, e-commerce and visibility. The same engineering standard applies to both arms.
While growing brands, we kept running into the software needs of factories.
PAN was founded in Gaziantep in 2022 to be something different from a classic agency: instead of selling a service and walking away, we wanted to share brands’ growth goals, own the decisions and share accountability for the numbers.
While growing brands we kept hearing the same question: sales are rising, but nobody can see inside the factory. Where is the work order, when will the stock run out, why was the shipment late? That need led to our second arm, and today PAN runs both arms to the same engineering standard.
Pan Enterprise Solutions builds custom software, ERP, production tracking and system integration for factories and enterprise organisations. It builds mobile apps too, and develops layers that work alongside an existing ERP (such as Logo, Mikro, Netsis or Canias, which are widely used in Türkiye) without replacing it, starting with discovery and rolling modules out in stages.
Pan Digital Growth grows brands’ marketing, e-commerce and visibility: digital strategy, web and e-commerce, e-export, Google and Meta advertising, SEO and GEO, social media and brand identity.
We are headquartered in Gaziantep with a second office in London. We work in Turkish and English; our main markets are Türkiye and the United Kingdom, and we assess enquiries from other countries remotely.

A discovery at the factory, a digital diagnosis for the brand. We see the real process and the numbers first, then move in stages, starting where it hurts most.
The source code and data are yours
The source code we write and your data are handed over to you as defined in the contract; third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. Ad and analytics accounts are opened in the brand's own name; when the work ends, the accounts and their history stay with the brand.
AI as a tool, with people accountable
We use AI for content drafts, reporting, document reading and process automation. Every output is checked by a person; AI is a tool that speeds the work up, and the responsibility stays with us.
