E-Commerce Solutions

An end-to-end e-commerce service covering store infrastructure, product upload, payment, shipping, marketplace and ERP integrations, and post-launch marketing, run by one team. The integration list depends on the platform and package; the current list is set out in writing in the proposal.

What it is and who it is for

What is our e-commerce service, and who is it for?

Our e-commerce service takes your online store from choosing and building the platform, through payment, shipping, marketplace and accounting connections, to measuring sales after launch, with one team throughout. Together we choose between a ready-made platform and options such as Shopify, WooCommerce and Ideasoft (a Turkish e-commerce platform), based on your products and sales channels. It suits brands selling online for the first time, marketplace sellers who want to grow their own site, and businesses that want to run several channels from one place.

Brands selling online for the first time

Businesses moving from a physical shop or wholesale into online retail that need to decide which platform to start on.

Marketplace sellers opening their own channel

Businesses selling on Türkiye's marketplaces such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada that want a store of their own, with a direct customer relationship and no marketplace commission.

Stores losing sales at checkout

Existing stores with visitors and items going into baskets, but losing buyers at the payment step or held back by weak product pages.

Growing brands selling across several channels

Companies that want to manage stock, orders and shipping across their own site and several marketplaces from one place, and possibly add dealer and wholesale sales.

Problems it solves

Which problems does it solve?

  • Visitors add items to the basket but drop out at the payment step, and nobody knows why.
  • Marketplace commission eats into margins, and your own site's share of sales is not growing.
  • Products are entered one by one by hand, which takes days across hundreds of products.
  • Stock is kept separately on each channel, so an item that has sold out on one is still on sale on another.
  • Nobody can tell which advert or campaign produced which sale.

Process

How does the work progress?

  1. Discovery and platform choice

We look at how many products you have and how they are structured, your sales channels, your accounting software and your target market, then set out the right platform and package, with the integration list, in a written proposal.

  2. Set-up and design

We build the store, adapt the design to your brand, import the products and connect payment, shipping, marketplaces and accounting.

  3. Testing and launch

Before launch we run a test order through the whole chain, from payment to shipping label and from return to invoice, check the store on mobile and confirm that sales tracking works.

  4. Improvement after launch

Using data from the first weeks, we look at where buyers drop out at the basket and payment steps and report the improvements we recommend with before-and-after measurement. The scope of advertising, campaign and conversion work is set out separately in the proposal.

Cost and timing

What determines the cost and the timeline?

Timeline: A store built on a ready-made platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Ideasoft typically launches in two to four weeks, depending on scope. If custom integrations or a multilingual set-up are needed, this can extend to four to eight weeks; if dealer pricing, customer accounts or an accounting connection call for custom software, the schedule is agreed in writing after discovery. What affects the schedule most is how ready the product information and images are.

  • The package level and the chosen platform
  • The number of products, the variant structure and whether product data is ready
  • Integrations: marketplaces, accounting/ERP and your e-invoice integrator; the list depends on the platform and package, and the current list is set out in writing in the proposal
  • The target market: domestic or international, and the number of languages and currencies
  • B2B requirements: dealer pricing, customer accounts and bulk ordering
  • Whether a bespoke theme and a mobile app are needed
Measurement

How do we measure success?

We do not promise rankings or a fixed result. We agree the measures below before work starts and report on them in writing.

Purchase steps
Product views, add-to-basket, checkout starts and purchases, tracked with GA4 e-commerce events; improvements are compared before and after using the same definitions.
Orders, revenue and average order value
The order records in your store admin are the reference; they are checked against GA4 each month, and if the gap is large, measurement is fixed first.
Sales by channel and campaign
Your own site and each marketplace are reported separately; advertising and email sources are separated using campaign tags (UTM) and GA4 acquisition reports.
Operational accuracy
Stock sync errors, cancellation and return rates, and the time taken to hand orders to the courier, tracked monthly from store and integration logs.
What we need from you

What do we need from you?

  • A product list (a spreadsheet or an export from your accounting software), prices, stock levels and product images
  • Your logo and brand files
  • Applications in your company's name to a payment provider or for a bank virtual POS, and an agreement with a courier; approval times depend on the provider
  • Access to your accounting software or ERP, details of your e-invoice integrator and any marketplace seller accounts
  • Approval of the distance sales contract, returns policy, privacy notice and cookie notice by you or your legal adviser

Frequently asked questions

FAQs about E-Commerce

How do you set up an online store?

By choosing the platform, designing the store, importing the products, connecting payment and shipping, setting up e-invoicing, and testing before launch. We build on a ready-made platform or on Shopify, WooCommerce or Ideasoft as needed, and one team completes the payment, shipping, accounting and marketplace connections. In Türkiye, e-invoices run through the API of the e-invoice integrator you have contracted, or directly with GİB (the Turkish Revenue Administration) if you hold direct integration approval.

What affects the cost of an e-commerce store?

The package level, the number of products, the target market (domestic or international), any B2B requirements, the marketplace and accounting integrations, and the delivery timescale. We share the price in a written quote after listening to your needs in a free initial call.

How long does it take to launch an online store?

A store on a ready-made platform typically launches in two to four weeks, depending on scope; custom integrations or a multilingual set-up can extend this to four to eight weeks. The biggest factor is how ready the product information and images are.

Do you set up Shopify stores?

Yes. Depending on your needs we also build on WooCommerce, Ideasoft or a ready-made platform. We choose the platform with you based on your products, sales channels and accounting needs, and the set-up includes product import and the payment and shipping connections.

If we already sell on marketplaces, do we need our own store too?

It is not essential, but for most brands the two channels complement each other. Marketplaces give you access to an existing customer base; your own site is where you build a direct relationship with customers and set your own prices and campaigns. When we build your store we also connect your marketplaces, so you can manage stock, orders and shipping from one place.

Which marketplaces, payment providers and accounting systems can you integrate with?

The list depends on the platform and package, and the current list is set out in writing in the proposal. Connections to marketplaces such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon and N11, payment providers such as iyzico and PayTR, and accounting systems such as Logo (a widely used Turkish ERP), Mikro, Netsis and Paraşüt are usually possible; the route depends on the software version and the access you are given, and is confirmed during discovery.

Who owns the store and the data?

We recommend opening the store account, the domain and the payment and courier agreements in your company's name. The source code we write and your data are handed over to you as defined in the contract; third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. On ready-made platforms, the store runs under the platform's own subscription terms.
