SERVICE · FACTORY SOFTWARE

Factory software: we move the improvised processes in your plant into digital.

For every local software topic in Gaziantep, see our Gaziantep software page.

We make production, stock, warehouse, quality, maintenance and dispatch visible in a single system. Without throwing away your existing Logo, Mikro, Netsis or Canias system, we build bespoke operational software that runs alongside it.

9 Operational system modules (ERP/MES/WMS/QMS...)

100% The source code and the data are yours
Does this sound familiar?

The picture we see most often in factories.

If even one of the statements below applies to you, you are on the right page.

  • Stock is not visible in real time; the quantity in the warehouse does not match the quantity in the system
  • Production is tracked with Excel, paper ledgers or people's memory
  • Raw material intake is unstructured, and nobody knows which lot went where
  • There is no lot / batch traceability
  • Quality records cannot be linked to the production batch
  • Scrap and regrind losses cannot be measured
  • Inter-warehouse transfers get mixed up and work-in-progress stock stays invisible
  • The risk of dispatching the wrong product or the wrong quantity
  • Management cannot see a live production, stock and dispatch report
  • Your existing ERP keeps the accounts but cannot cover operations on the shop floor
Our approach

An operational layer that digitalises the shop floor without replacing your ERP.

We keep your existing systems and build operational software tailored to your factory on top of them.

Your existing ERP stays in place

We do not throw away Logo, Mikro, Netsis or Canias. Accounting, invoicing and statutory processes carry on in your current system; alongside it we build the operational layer.

An operational layer built for your business

Not an off-the-shelf package, but software designed around your machines, your recipes, your warehouse and your dispatch flow — software that speaks your factory's language.

Digital data capture on the shop floor

With barcodes, QR codes, tablets and handheld terminals, data is captured where the work is done rather than on paper. The operator scans, the record is created there and then; no second entry into Excel.

Production, stock, warehouse and quality in one flow

Every step from raw material intake to dispatch is connected. A works order is opened, raw material is deducted, a quality record is kept, the shipment is prepared — all in the same system.

Lot / batch-level traceability

Which raw material lot went into which production batch, and on to which customer? Forward and backward traceability, with a complete record for complaints, recalls and audits.

Real data for management on a single dashboard

The owner and the plant manager see live production, stock, scrap, quality and dispatch figures on one screen. No waiting for the end-of-day report — they watch what is really happening on the floor.

The systems we build

The right system for every layer of the factory.

You do not have to implement them all at once; we start with the module you need.

Existing ERP integration

Digitalise without throwing your systems away.

You may be running Logo, Mikro, Netsis, Canias or another system. You do not have to replace them. Pan Innovation House develops a bespoke operational software layer that works alongside these systems: accounting and statutory processes stay in your current system, while the shop floor, warehouse, quality and traceability side is managed in the bespoke software.

Our integration approach
  • You do not have to replace Logo, Mikro, Netsis, Canias or any other system.
  • Accounting, e-invoicing and statutory processes stay in your existing ERP.
  • The shop floor, the warehouse, quality and traceability are managed in the bespoke operational software.
  • Account, stock, product, order and invoice data flows both ways between the two systems.
  • Not a one-off data migration, but continuous, automatic and controlled synchronisation.
The gains

What changes in the factory once you digitalise?

  • Live and accurate stock visibility
  • More realistic production planning
  • Scrap and losses measured, then reduced
  • Full lot / batch-level traceability
  • Faster, error-free dispatch
  • Less manual recording and double entry
  • Strong quality control tied to the production batch
  • Transparent, real-time management reports
  • Factory management that moves from individuals to institutions
  • Data-led, more controlled growth
Process

A realistic five-stage path that begins with a survey.

  1. 01

    Initial conversation

    1 week

We listen to your needs, your existing systems and your priorities. We clarify expectations and outline the right scope together. No obligation.

  2. 02

    On-site survey and process analysis

    1-2 weeks

We come to the factory and observe the production, warehouse, quality and dispatch flow in person. We map your existing ERP and Excel set-up.

  3. 03

    Digital transformation roadmap

    1 week

We set out which module goes live first, with its benefit and priority, in a clear roadmap. Not wishful thinking, but a staged plan that fits the shop floor.

  4. 04

    Module-by-module development

    Depends on module

Starting with the most painful area, we build the modules one by one and test them on site. Visible progress at every step, no surprises.

  5. 05

    Go-live, training and support

    Ongoing

We train the shop-floor team, take the system live and stay alongside you. As new needs arise, the software grows with you.

Why Pan Innovation House?

Not a software house, but a digital transformation team that knows the shop floor.

A local team that knows Gaziantep industry

We know how carpet, PVC, food, textile and machinery production actually work. We are not distant from the realities of the industrial zone or the shop floor.

A software approach that understands the factory floor

We design by talking about machines, moulds, shifts and dispatch. We fit the software to the floor, not the floor to the software.

Not an off-the-shelf package, but a solution built for your business

We do not force you into a mould. The software is built around your processes as they are, and you do not pay for modules you never use.

Digitalisation without replacing your ERP

We protect your existing investment and build on top of it. We do not put you through a risky, expensive and drawn-out ERP migration.

A view that considers web, automation and reporting together

We address not only production but integration, automation and management reporting as a whole.

A realistic project model that begins with an on-site survey

We come, look and listen first. We measure before we promise; what we offer is a workable plan, not inflated claims.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask about factory software.

Is this an off-the-shelf ERP package?

No. This is not a one-size-fits-all product out of a box; it is bespoke operational software developed around your factory's processes. We implement the modules you need and never make you pay for the ones you do not use.

Do we have to replace our existing Logo / Mikro / Netsis system?

No. Your existing ERP and accounting system stays in place. Alongside it we build a layer that manages the production, warehouse, quality and dispatch processes, and where needed we provide two-way data integration between the two systems.

Can the development be tailored to our factory?

Yes, and that is the essence of the work. Through an on-site survey we examine your processes where they happen and design the software around your recipes, machines, warehouse and dispatch flow. A carpet factory and a food plant have different needs, so the solution is built differently.

Can barcodes, QR codes and handheld terminals be used?

Yes. Barcode / QR labelling and scanning from raw material intake through to dispatch is our standard approach. Shop-floor data is captured with tablets and handheld terminals where the work is done; paper and later re-entry into Excel disappear.

Are production and stock tracked in the same system?

Yes. When a works order is opened, raw material is deducted from stock, work in progress and finished goods are created, a quality record is kept and the shipment is prepared. Production, stock, warehouse and quality are connected in a single flow.

How long does the project take to complete?

Quoting a single duration would be misleading; it depends on the scope and the number of modules. That is why we proceed module by module: we start with the most painful process, you see the first benefit quickly, and we grow the system stage by stage. We share a firm timetable after the survey.

Does a survey have to come first?

Yes, and we take it seriously. We do not quote without seeing the site and listening to your processes. The survey is essential for defining the right scope, avoiding unnecessary modules and producing a realistic roadmap.

Do you serve factories outside Gaziantep?

Yes. We are based in Gaziantep and know its industry closely, but we also serve production facilities in neighbouring provinces and across Türkiye. We plan the schedule for the site survey and the project together.

Let us start together

Let us see your factory first, then talk.

During the site survey we examine your production, stock, quality and dispatch flow in person, and together we decide which module will deliver value fastest. No obligation.
