Manufacturers planning their first sales abroad
Producers and brands selling at home that need to decide which country and channel to start with, and how shipping and customs will work.
An end-to-end e-export service taking your brand abroad: market research, country selection, marketplace onboarding, multi-language and multi-currency setup, international shipping and customs integrations.
Our e-export service plans everything you need to sell to buyers abroad through international marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy and eBay, or through your own multilingual store: market and country selection, store set-up, localisation, international shipping and customs, and advertising abroad. It suits manufacturers and brands in Türkiye whose products and operations are established at home and who are planning their first sales abroad or want to grow existing ones.
Producers and brands selling at home that need to decide which country and channel to start with, and how shipping and customs will work.
Businesses with a store on an international marketplace whose sales stay low because their listings and pricing do not fit the target market.
Exporters who sell abroad through trade buyers and also want to reach end consumers directly.
Brands with distinctive products such as rugs, textiles, home textiles, jewellery or crafts that want to sell on channels such as Etsy, which focus on goods like these.
We review your products, production capacity, existing documents and goals, and check whether the product meets marketplace category rules and the target country's regulations.
We compare the shortlisted countries and channels on demand, competition and unit profitability, and make the first country and channel decision with you in writing, with the reasons.
We set up the seller accounts and the store, list products in the target language, design the shipping and ETGB workflow with your courier or customs broker, and check the chain together on the first shipments.
We track advertising and the first orders, report sales and profitability by country and channel, and base the next country or channel decision on that data.
Timeline: The set-up schedule is given in writing after the initial assessment. It depends mostly on seller account approval, preparing the product content and the logistics model; account verification is the marketplace's own process and its timing is outside our control. Set-up runs as a project; after launch, store and advertising management can continue as a separate service if you wish.
The Turkish Ministry of Trade's e-export incentives are based on the Decision on E-Export Incentives, brought into force by Presidential Decision No. 5986 of 24 August 2022, and on the Ministry's Circular of 13 April 2026. The summary below is taken, as of 10 October 2026, from the Decision as amended by Decision No. 10881 of 16 January 2026. Ceilings are updated at the start of each calendar year, so they are not quoted here; the current figures are on the Ministry's page.
| Incentive | What it covers | Rate and duration (per the Decision) |
|---|---|---|
| Digital marketplace promotion | Promotion on overseas marketplaces: pay-per-click, pay-per-order, display advertising and product review services. Commissions and membership fees are not covered by this incentive. | 50%, for 3 years per marketplace. The supported cost may not exceed 20% of total sales generated by those ads. |
| Order fulfilment services | The cost of delivering orders from a warehouse in the target country to the customer; the provider is chosen from the Ministry's list. | 50%, for up to 3 years per country. The supported cost may not exceed 10% of total e-commerce sales in that country. |
| Online store and local e-commerce partner services | Opening, designing and annual fees for stores on overseas marketplaces in countries set by the Ministry, plus listed advisory services. | 50%, for 3 years per country. |
| Marketplace commission | Commissions paid on sales made through overseas marketplaces in target countries. | 50%, for 3 years. |
Applications are made in the name of the beneficiary business. Under the Circular, the business must be a member of an exporters' association and registered on the Ministry of Trade's Support Management System (DYS).
Pre-approval applications go to the General Secretariat of Exporters' Associations that the business's association belongs to (the reviewing body). For digital marketplace promotion and order fulfilment, for example, only spending from the first day of the month after pre-approval is covered.
Conditions include the product counting as a Turkish product (made wholly or partly in Türkiye) and the brand being registered in Türkiye with an application filed abroad; marketplace listings must carry the GTIN and place of production. Some exceptions apply to handmade products.
After the spending, the payment application is made to the reviewing body with invoices and proof of payment; for some incentives documents are submitted quarterly.
Rates can be raised by up to 20 points for the Ministry's e-export target countries (the increase does not apply to the store and commission incentives), and the support paid can never exceed 75% of the cost. The e-export promotion incentive (Article 5 of the Decision), which covers marketing outside marketplaces, such as for your own website, is open not to companies but to E-Export Consortia, retail e-commerce sites (those with at least two-thirds of total sales revenue online), B2B platforms and marketplaces.
The application and the eligibility decision rest with the business and the relevant bodies; we do not promise that support will be granted. Check the eligibility conditions at the official source; on a call we can go through which of the planned marketplace, advertising and logistics costs might be covered.

We do not promise rankings or a fixed result. We agree the measures below before work starts and report on them in writing.
If you want to take your first step abroad with a single marketplace
Opening a store and listing products on one marketplace may be enough instead of a full set-up; we narrow the scope together in the first call.
If your domestic online sales are not yet established
If you sell in large consignments to trade buyers
E-export means selling goods online, through a marketplace or your own site, to buyers abroad and shipping the orders to them. In Türkiye, shipments below certain value and weight limits can be exported with an ETGB (electronic commerce customs declaration) instead of a standard customs declaration, a simpler process also known as micro-export.
An ETGB is Türkiye's simplified customs declaration for goods sold through e-commerce that fall below set value and weight limits. In practice it is usually filed through the express courier carrying the shipment or through a customs broker. The limits are set by regulation and can change, so confirm the current figures with your courier or customs broker before shipping. We design this workflow alongside your store and order process; we do not provide customs brokerage.
It depends on your product, the target country and your operational capacity. Amazon stands out for its wide range of categories and buyers' expectation of fast delivery, Etsy for handmade, design-led and personalised goods, and eBay for its broad and varied range; your own store suits building the brand and the customer relationship yourself. We make the choice with you by looking at the product and profitability figures.
The number of target countries and marketplaces, the number of products, how much language and content localisation is needed, the logistics model (direct courier shipping or Fulfilment by Amazon) and the scope of advertising management; the ad budget is separate from our fee. After a free initial call we set out the scope and quote in writing.
No. VAT refunds, customs declarations and tax obligations in the target country are matters for your accountant and customs broker. We design the sales and shipping process so that the documents and data they need are produced consistently, and we work alongside them. In some countries certain marketplaces collect the VAT due on sales themselves at the point of sale; which obligations remain with you depends on the country and the sales model.
Light, easily packed products with manageable returns that need no extra approvals in the target country are the easiest place to start. Categories such as food, cosmetics, supplements, electronics and children's products may need extra documents, labelling or marketplace category approval in the target country; we look at your product's position together in the initial assessment.
Under the Turkish Ministry of Trade's Decision No. 5986, companies can claim a basic rate of 50% towards overseas marketplace advertising, order fulfilment (delivery from a warehouse in the target country), opening a store on an overseas marketplace and marketplace commissions; the ceilings are updated every year. The business applies itself: it must be a member of an exporters' association and registered on the DYS system, and pre-approval is obtained before spending. Check the current conditions on the Ministry's e-export incentives page; on a call we can go through which costs might be covered.
Set-up runs as a project with a written scope and schedule. After launch, store management and advertising abroad can continue as a separate service if you wish, on terms set out in writing in the proposal; you can also choose to run the store with your own team.
Tell us what you make, which countries you want to sell to and whether you already sell abroad. In a free 30-minute call we assess together whether your product suits e-export and which countries and channels make sense to start with.
