Written scope and proposal
We first separate the must-have modules and give an estimated range item by item; once the scope is settled, a proposal with fixed line items and a timetable follows.

Pilot, roll-out, maintenance
We go live on a single line or process, refine it with feedback from the floor, then roll it out. Maintenance terms are written into the contract.

Companies in the Gaziantep OSB
In June 2026 we compiled the official company directory of the Gaziantep OSB (organised industrial zone, gaosb.org): 1,499 records, 1,108 companies after removing duplicates. This is a compilation of the official directory, not a field survey.
- Sector mix (approximate). Textiles 257, food 145, plastics and packaging 116, carpet 107, machinery and metal 89, chemicals 75, building materials 27, recycling 24, foreign trade 10, automotive and spare parts 10, energy 6, logistics 5, furniture 3, healthcare and medical 1; 233 companies could not be classified. The classification is our own grouping based on keywords in the company records; some companies may sit in the wrong group.
- Web presence. We found a website at 568 of the 668 companies whose web presence we checked. We did not collect data on sales channels.
- Signs of export activity. We reviewed our roughly 300 priority companies using their websites and public sources and found signs of export activity at 224 of them (a multilingual corporate website, trade-fair participation or a stated export market). We did not review the others for exports, so we do not quote an exporter share for the city or the OSB.
- Company size. We could only estimate size from company legal forms (A.Ş., a joint-stock company, or Ltd. Şti., a limited company); this is not a measure of headcount or turnover, so our pages do not quote a size breakdown.
