Discovery
We study your production, warehouse, quality and dispatch flows: at your plant in and around Gaziantep, and elsewhere we start remotely and plan a site visit where it is needed. We map your existing system and whatever you run on spreadsheets.
Solution architecture
We set out which module goes live first, what it is worth and in what order, in a clear roadmap. Not wishful thinking: grounded in the shop floor and delivered in stages.

The questions we are asked most often
Do you develop an off-the-shelf package?
No. We begin with an on-site discovery and build operational software around your factory's real processes. We start with the modules you need and grow in stages.
Do we have to replace our existing ERP?
No. Logo, Mikro, Netsis or Canias stays exactly where it is; accounting and statutory processes continue there. We build the layer that manages the shop floor, warehouse, quality and traceability, and we provide two-way integration between the two systems.
What drives the timeline and cost of custom software?
The number of modules, user roles and integrations (ERP, e-invoicing, weighbridge, handheld terminals), the number of sites, the connection route your current ERP offers and how clean the data is. A firm schedule and price are given in writing at the end of discovery; our pricing guide explains the cost logic.
How do you measure success?
In discovery we write down a measurable target and a starting value for each module: for example, how long it takes to find the status of a work order, stock-count discrepancies, double data entry or dispatch errors. After go-live we compare against the same measure.
What do you need from us?
An owner for each process, read (and if needed write) access to the ERP or contact with your ERP supplier, your current spreadsheets and reports, time with operators on the floor, and one person who can make decisions.
When is an off-the-shelf ERP or package the better choice?
If your processes are close to the industry standard and starting quickly with a low initial investment is the priority, a package is often the better fit. We say so plainly in discovery, and our decision guide sets out the criteria.
