Does it integrate with our existing Logo / Mikro / SAP ERP?

Yes. Real-time two-way API integration with 37 systems including Logo (Netsis), Mikro, SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics, Dia, Nebim, Paraşüt, Akınsoft, Eta is standard. Products, prices, stock and orders flow both ways.

Should we give dealers a mobile app or is web enough?

If 40%+ of your sales come from field reps, you need native iOS + Android apps. Less than that, responsive web (PWA) is enough; add mobile app in phase 2.

Can existing dealer data and order history be migrated?

Yes. Excel / ERP exports or your existing system are migrated via scripts: dealer lists, price lists, stock levels and the last 2 years of order history. Zero data loss.

Is there post-launch support?

All packages include 6 months of growth partner support (12 months on Enterprise): weekly check-ins, performance optimization, new feature development. Afterwards monthly SLA or retainer.

Can we start simple if we have only one dealer type?

Yes. Starter package: single customer group, fixed price list, basic ERP sync. Live in 6-8 weeks.

We also sell on marketplaces — will there be conflicts?

No. The B2B portal and B2C marketplaces can be managed with separate stock pools. Dealer-bound stock and Trendyol-bound stock can be kept separate, or both deducted from a single FIFO pool — you choose the rule.
