INDUSTRY SOFTWARE · RECYCLING AND WASTE MANAGEMENT

From weighbridge to granule and from granule to ministry declaration, we unite your waste operation on a single bridge.

In most facilities, the truck-scale weighing, the incoming lot, the granule batch produced and the ministry declaration each run separately, by hand and in contradiction with one another. We do not replace your Logo, Mikro, Netsis or SAP accounting backbone; we build a recycling-specific operational layer that connects the weighbridge, the field, production/quality and mandatory portals such as MoTAT, KDS, TABS and SAYS. Not an off-the-shelf package — built for your business. Source code and data are one hundred percent yours.

9 modules Weighbridge bridge, lot traceability, field, granule LIMS, MES, compliance, BI...
4+ ERPs Integration running alongside Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP
Single entry A flow that ends double data entry from the weighbridge to the ERP and MoTAT/KDS
100% source code Software and data stay entirely with you
Does this sound familiar?

Your weighbridge is approved and your ERP keeps the books — but operations still run scattered between Excel and portals

In most facilities in Gaziantep and its organised industrial zones (OSB) that collect and sort scrap/waste and produce granule-regrind, the finance backbone is in place; but weighing, lot, quality and regulatory data runs outside the system, scattered. If even one of the sentences below sounds like yours, you are on the right page.

  • The same shipment data is entered by hand separately into the weighbridge program, the ERP (Logo/Mikro) and the ministry portals (MoTAT/KDS/TABS/SAYS); double or even triple data entry wastes time and produces different figures in each system.
  • EÇBS, MoTAT, KDS and GEKAP cannot be fed by API from the company ERP; the KDS mass balance (waste in vs granule out + process loss) is forced to add up by hand, creating non-compliance and penalty risk in audits.
  • The chain from the incoming bale/scrap lot to the granule/regrind batch produced cannot be traced end to end; which input lots a granule batch came from, and its quality data, cannot be traced backwards.
  • MFI, density, moisture and colour tests stay in Excel or on paper; batch quality records are not linked to the ERP, customer shipments or certification files such as GRS, and the certificate of analysis (CoA) is prepared by hand for every shipment.
  • The weighbridge program is ministry-approved but not integrated in real time with accounting/stock; tare manipulation, material leakage and system-vs-physical stock mismatch remain unchecked.
  • There is no mobile/instant data entry for collection vehicles, interim storage or the waste producer side; data trickles into the system late and incomplete, spread over days or weeks.
  • PLC-SCADA stays at the crushing-washing-extrusion machines; shift efficiency, line stoppages, energy/loss per tonne and the machine-batch relationship are not tracked, so costing relies on guesswork.
  • True cost per tonne, loss rate and profitability cannot be reported by batch, customer or material; granule pricing is done by gut feel, and margin erosion is only noticed afterwards.
  • MoTAT, licence renewals and declaration periods (GEKAP quarterly) are tracked by hand; a missed declaration or missing record turns into administrative fine risk.
  • Sector-specific off-the-shelf vertical ERPs are next to non-existent; everyone extends Logo/Mikro through reseller customisations, which breeds fragile, unsustainable, integrator-dependent solutions.
The sector's software landscape today

Which software does the recycling sector use today, and where does it jam

Let's lay out the sector's software landscape as it is: real tools, real limits. One layer carries accounting, one carries weighing, one carries regulation; but the gaps between them stay open and data is carried by hand. Exactly where the solution belongs becomes clear when you look at this gap.

LayerSoftware in use todayThe gap it leaves
General ERP / accounting (the company backbone) Logo (Tiger/GO, j-Platform), Mikro (Fly/Jump), Logo Netsis 3/Wings, DİA, ETA; SAP at larger scale — plus plenty of ministry portals + Excel on the bookkeeping side Provides receivables, e-invoice/e-delivery note, stock, purchasing-sales, general ledger and the GEKAP/VAT declaration infrastructure; this backbone is fixed. But it is not sector-specific: weighbridge weighing, lot genealogy, granule quality and processes such as MoTAT/KDS are not covered by design, and these gaps are patched with separate bolt-on solutions.
Weighbridge / weighing automation (the heart of the sector) Ministry-approved, internet-connected, remotely accessible weighbridge programs: OnlineKantar, Kuzey Kantar, Esit weighbridge software, VGM Kantar, DBA Kantar; local weighbridge service firms' own programs Strong for gross-tare-net weighing on truck scales, plate/person records, indicator (load cell) integration and SQL-based remote monitoring; a remotely accessible weighbridge program is already mandatory at licensed facilities. The bottleneck: at most facilities weighing is not integrated in real time with accounting/stock, and data is still carried by hand from the weighbridge to the ERP and the ministry portals.
Sector-specific scrap/recycling ERP add-ons Armix ERP (HG Yazılım) — a Logo-integrated metal/scrap recycling module; beyond that, mostly custom weighbridge+stock+production integrations built by Logo/Mikro solution partners Solutions like Armix handle weighbridge integration, gross-net automation, mobile field records and invoice/delivery note transfer into Logo. But there is no sector-standard vertical ERP; the market is dominated by semi-custom solutions adapted by resellers/integrators, which breeds fragile, integrator-dependent structures.
Regulatory / waste traceability portals (mandatory, external systems) The Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change's Integrated Environmental Information System (EÇBS): TABS (waste declaration), MoTAT (mobile hazardous waste tracking), KDS (mass balance system), SAYS (zero waste information system); GEKAP via GİB e-Declaration Mandatory online tracking from waste generation to recovery/disposal; vehicle tracking in MoTAT, in-out mass balance in KDS, quarterly declarations for GEKAP. These are government portals and are not fed by API from the company ERP; in practice they run on manual, duplicated data entry, and the KDS mass balance is forced to add up by hand.
Hazardous waste transport / vehicle-fleet tracking (the MoTAT ecosystem) Seyir Mobil, Arvento, Mobiliz, ATC Araç Takip and similar UTTS/GPS providers' MoTAT-compliant devices + software Runs on a hardware + SaaS model for live GPS, loading-unloading tracking and data flow into MoTAT on hazardous waste vehicles. The focus is transport compliance; in most places it is not integrated with the facility's own lot and mass balance traceability, or with production and dispatch data.
Laboratory / quality control (granule-regrind) Mostly no dedicated LIMS; the instrument's own software (MFI/melt flow index testers, density balances) + Excel/paper. On the RPET/textile side, external certification documentation from Kiwa, IFC, TSI and similar for GRS/RCS/OCS traceability MFI (melt flow index), density, moisture and colour are measured per batch and recorded manually. LIMS such as LabWare or Thermo SampleManager is rare in this sector; granule/regrind batch quality data is not linked to the ERP, shipments or certification files, and the quality certificate is prepared by hand.
Production line / machine automation (PLC-SCADA) PLC (Siemens etc.) on crushing-washing-extrusion lines, Modbus/Profibus protocols, optical sorting/MRF systems (eddy current, magnets, optical recognition), machine builders' (T-Max, GDS Teknoloji etc.) control interfaces Functional for conveyor, optical sorting and extruder control, and for capturing batch quantity/quality data from the machine. But automation stays at machine level; an MES/production tracking layer and a data bridge to the ERP are missing at most facilities, so shift efficiency and loss per tonne stay invisible.
Our approach

A custom layer that closes the weighbridge-field-production-regulation gap without replacing the ERP

The real need is not a new ERP; it is an integration and traceability layer that connects your existing ERP with the weighbridge, the field, production/quality and the ministry portals. Our solution is not a rival to your current software — it is the operational layer that fills the disconnect between them. We start with site discovery, then build only the modules you genuinely need.

Weighbridge-ERP-ministry on one bridge

An integration layer that reads the weighbridge weighing (load cell/indicator) and feeds both Logo/Mikro stock-invoicing and the MoTAT/KDS/TABS/SAYS side from a single entry. Double data entry and KDS mass balance mismatches disappear; information is entered once and correct data flows everywhere.

End-to-end lot traceability

A batch genealogy linking the chain of input lot (bale/scrap) - crushing/washing/extrusion - granule/regrind batch - shipment. A complete chain of evidence for backward and forward tracing, recalls and GRS/RCS audit readiness.

Mobile field data capture

QR/barcode-based, offline-capable mobile entry for collection vehicles, interim storage and suppliers (waste producers). Instant, complete data from the waste source to the weighbridge; critical for multi-point supply in the Gaziantep OSB.

Granule quality and a light LIMS

A light laboratory module that records MFI, density, moisture and colour test results per batch, auto-generates the quality certificate (CoA) and links it to customer shipments and certifications such as GRS. Quality data is no longer an island.

Cost and loss visibility with MES

Production tracking that pulls shift efficiency, line stoppages, energy per tonne and loss data from PLC-SCADA; with a true cost and profitability dashboard (BI) by batch/customer/material for data-driven pricing instead of gut feel.

Regulatory compliance automation

A compliance module that flags GEKAP, MoTAT and SAYS declaration periods, compiles declaration data automatically from the ERP and keeps the audit file (mass balance + documents) ready. The risk of missed declarations and missing-record fines drops.

The systems we build

The systems we build for recycling and waste management

Not every facility needs them all. After discovery we start where it bleeds most and grow module by module. All of the systems below are built to run integrated with your existing ERP backbone and the ministry portals.

API

Integration with your existing ERP

We do not replace your existing ERP — we work alongside it

Your finance and accounting backbone (Logo, Mikro, Netsis or SAP) stays in place; your e-invoice, e-delivery note, receivables and GEKAP/VAT declaration routines are untouched. The operational layer we build talks through your ERP's API or database and reads the weighbridge weighing: stock, accounts, orders and invoices are kept in a single source of truth, and weighing-lot-quality data flows there and, where needed, to the ministry portals. The real gap is not a new ERP but the integration and traceability layer that connects these systems; that is exactly what we build.

Our integration approach
  • Stock, accounts, order and invoice synchronisation with Logo, Mikro, Netsis or SAP — double records from the weighbridge to the ERP disappear.
  • Weighing data is read directly from your ministry-approved weighbridge program (OnlineKantar, Esit, Kuzey Kantar, etc.) or the indicator.
  • The data required for MoTAT, KDS, TABS, SAYS and GEKAP is compiled from the ERP; the KDS mass balance is reconciled automatically.
  • Collection vehicle, interim storage and granule quality (LIMS) data is connected to the production and dispatch side.
  • Not a one-off transfer; continuous, automated and controlled integration.
Outcomes

What changes once this layer goes live

  • Entering the same data repeatedly by hand into the weighbridge, the ERP and the ministry portal ends; the inconsistency and lost labour of double entry disappear.
  • The KDS mass balance (waste in vs granule out + process loss) is reconciled automatically; non-compliance and penalty risk in audits drop.
  • Everything is traceable from the input lot to the granule batch and the shipment; in a complaint or recall, the root cause is found within minutes.
  • MFI, density, moisture and colour data is tied to the batch; the CoA is generated automatically and a GRS/RCS audit-ready file is always at hand.
  • Because the weighbridge tare and system stock are matched, tare manipulation, material leakage and stock-vs-physical mismatch come under control.
  • Collection and interim storage data arrives live from the field; records no longer spread over days or weeks, late and incomplete.
  • True cost per tonne, loss rate and profitability become visible by batch/customer/material; granule pricing moves off gut feel.
  • GEKAP (quarterly), MoTAT and SAYS declaration periods are flagged; the risk of missed declarations and missing-record fines falls.
  • Shift efficiency, line stoppages and energy per tonne become visible; costing moves from guesswork to data.
  • Instead of a fragile reseller customisation on top of Logo/Mikro, you get a sustainable operational layer whose source code and data stay with you.
Process

A realistic five-stage path that begins with discovery.

  1. 01

    Initial meeting

    1 week

We discuss your operation's flow (collection-sorting, weighbridge, lots, granule/regrind production, dispatch), your current ERP and weighbridge program, and the operational point that bleeds most. We clarify expectations and scope and draw a realistic frame; at this stage understanding comes before selling. No obligation.

  2. 02

    Site discovery and process analysis

    1-2 weeks

We come to the facility; we observe the weighbridge, sorting yard, crushing-washing-extrusion line, laboratory and dispatch in person. We map the data disconnects between Logo/Mikro/Netsis, the weighbridge program, MoTAT/KDS/SAYS and Excel, and the mass balance and traceability gaps.

  3. 03

    Digital transformation roadmap

    1 week

We turn the discovery findings into a prioritised roadmap: which module first, which integration connects where, which gain arrives first. The quickest win usually lies in the weighbridge-ERP-ministry bridge and lot traceability; we present a clear, module-based, phased plan that protects your ERP.

  4. 04

    Module-based software development

    Phased per module

We start with the module that creates the most value (usually the weighbridge bridge or lot traceability) and develop iteratively. We build the weighbridge indicator, ERP and ministry portal integrations, and test a working release in the field at the end of every sprint; no surprises, visible progress.

  5. 05

    Go-live, training and support

    Ongoing

We train the weighbridge, field, production, laboratory and dispatch teams by role, take the system live and stay at your side. As regulations change and new needs emerge, the software grows with you. Source code and data stay entirely with you.

Why Pan Innovation House?

Not a software vendor, but a digital transformation team that knows the shop floor.

A team that knows the field, not a software vendor

We know the industrial context of Gaziantep and the OSB; we build the solution by talking through the weighbridge, the sorting yard, the extrusion line and the realities of the ministry portals. We listen first, then write.

We do not replace your ERP

Your Logo, Mikro, Netsis or SAP backbone stays in place. We build the integration and traceability layer that works alongside it and closes the weighbridge-field-production-regulation gap; your current routine is not disrupted.

Not an off-the-shelf package — built for your business

Off-the-shelf vertical ERPs are next to non-existent in this sector, and we will not force you into a mould either. A scrap metal yard and a plastic granule plant flow differently; the software is built around your lots, your weighbridge and your dispatch, and you carry no unnecessary modules.

Source code and data are one hundred percent yours

The source code of everything we build, and all the data, belong to you. You are not locked to an integrator the way fragile reseller customisations on Logo/Mikro lock you in; you can continue with another team in the future if you wish.

A view that sees regulation and traceability as a whole

Not just production; we treat lot traceability, the KDS mass balance, MoTAT/GEKAP/SAYS compliance, the GRS certification file and management reporting as one whole. You are always audit-ready.

A realistic project model that starts with site discovery

We come, see and measure first. We map the site before we promise; we offer a workable plan phased to your budget that starts where it bleeds most — not inflated claims.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Recycling and Waste Management software.

Will we need to replace our existing Logo / Mikro / Netsis system?

No. Your accounting and finance backbone stays as it is; your e-invoice, e-delivery note, receivables and GEKAP/VAT declaration routines are untouched. The weighbridge, lot traceability, quality and compliance layer we build talks to your ERP through its API or database. The goal is not a second accounting system; it is to connect the weighbridge, field and regulatory side the ERP cannot see.

We have a ministry-approved weighbridge program; do we have to replace that too?

No. A remotely accessible weighbridge program is already mandatory at licensed facilities, and your current program (OnlineKantar, Esit, Kuzey Kantar, etc.) or weighbridge indicator can stay in place. We build a bridge that reads the weighing data and feeds it from a single entry into your ERP and, where needed, the ministry portals; rewriting the weighbridge from scratch is not required.

Can you really integrate with MoTAT, KDS, TABS, SAYS and GEKAP?

These portals are government systems and cannot be fed freely from a company ERP; we say that openly. What we do is automatically compile the data required for declarations and the KDS mass balance from the ERP and the weighbridge, flag declaration periods, and keep the audit file (mass balance + documents) ready. Double data entry and the mismatches caused by hand-forced reconciliation drop substantially.

Can traceability be built from the incoming scrap/bale lot to the granule batch produced?

Yes, this is the core of the solution. The input lot, crushing/washing/extrusion, the granule/regrind batch and the shipment are linked with QR/barcodes. You trace backwards which input lots a granule batch came from and forwards which customer it went to; the chain of evidence is ready for recalls and GRS/RCS audits.

Our granule quality tests (MFI, density, moisture, colour) live in Excel; how do you fix that?

We build a light laboratory (LIMS) module that records test results per batch. MFI, density, moisture and colour data is tied to the batch, the certificate of analysis (CoA) is generated automatically, and it is linked to customer shipments and certifications such as GRS. The burden of hand-preparing the quality certificate for every shipment disappears.

How do you control weighbridge tare and material leakage?

We match weighbridge weighings with the system in real time: gross-tare-net is recorded automatically and posted to stock by lot and material. System stock is reconciled with physical counts and loss per tonne is measured. Tare manipulation, material leakage and system-vs-physical mismatches become controllable.

Do we have to buy all the modules from day one?

No. After site discovery we start with the module that creates the most value; usually the weighbridge-ERP-ministry bridge or lot traceability. Once you see the gain, we add other modules such as granule quality/LIMS, MES, compliance, BI or e-export. We spread the budget across phases and reduce the risk.

Who keeps the software's source code and our data?

The source code of everything we build, and all the data, are one hundred percent yours. Unlike fragile customisations on Logo/Mikro that stay dependent on an integrator, you are not locked to any supplier; you can continue with another team in the future if you wish. We want the reason you work with us to be that we know the field — not that you have no choice.

Let us start together

Let's see your weighbridge-to-granule flow first, then talk

During site discovery, let us observe your operation in person — from weighing to sorting, from extrusion to dispatch and the ministry declaration. Without replacing your existing ERP or weighbridge program, we will draw up a realistic roadmap that starts where it bleeds most. The first step is a discovery meeting; no obligation.
