In most Gaziantep firms producing panel furniture, kitchens and doors, design is settled on Cabinet Vision or SmartCabinet, machining on Biesse/Homag/SCM, and the accounts are kept in Logo or Mikro. The problem is not a lack of software — it is that these island systems do not talk to each other.   • Without barcoded checks when multi-part furniture is boxed, missing or wrong parts get shipped; on flat-pack products, incomplete shipments turn into customer complaints and return-freight costs.
  • Sheet/MDF stock and offcut (remnant) management are weak; offcuts that could be reused by matching colour, pattern and size are not tracked, and as material costs rise this lost visibility turns straight into losses.

The operational layer we build talks to your ERP through its API or database: customers, stock, orders and invoices are kept in one source of truth, and the dynamic BOM, work orders and shop-floor production data flow into it. In the same way, Cabinet Vision/SmartCabinet/Polyboard cutting lists, OptiCut/KopEksper waste data and Biesse/Homag/SCM CNC output are connected to this layer as BOMs, times and waste. Every order of ours is different; colour, size and hardware combinations produce millions of variants. How do you manage that?

That is exactly the case we build for. Instead of trying to maintain millions of static cards, we set up a single master model with a formula-driven dynamic BOM: the BOM, part list and waste rate are derived automatically from the chosen size, colour, handle and hinge. We take the dynamic-BOM logic of industry ERPs such as Korgün and Login and customise it to your own product range; the variant explosion no longer chokes stock and costing.

Can you integrate Cabinet Vision, SmartCabinet or Polyboard with OptiCut and the CNCs?

Yes. We do not replace these tools; we connect their output to production, costing and the machines. We build a bridge that flows the Cabinet Vision/SmartCabinet/Polyboard cutting list into the dynamic BOM and work order, and from there into OptiCut/KopEksper optimisation and woodWOP/bNest/Maestro machine code. Entering the same information into every system by hand — and the errors born of Excel bridges — disappear.

Our workshop has CNCs of different brands (Biesse, Homag, SCM); can you bring them into one system?

Yes. The brands' own software (bSolid/bNest, woodWOP, Maestro) stays in place; we lay a common data standard on top. We collect production progress, downtime and OEE data from every machine via IIoT or terminals and unite it in a single MES dashboard. Machines of different brands speak the same language, and production bottlenecks become visible in real time.

How do you produce a true cost at the moment of quoting?

The dynamic BOM derives the recipe from the chosen size and hardware; from that recipe we build a costing engine that calculates sheet waste, labour, hardware and overheads in real time. Quotes no longer rest on the foreman's guesswork but on real data from the BOM; if needed we can also pull the current exchange rate and produce foreign-currency quotes. You see profitability before the order closes.

How do you prevent missing parts being shipped on flat-pack products?

We verify multi-part furniture by barcode at box/parcel level. Every part is scanned before dispatch; if a part is missing or wrong, the system will not close the shipment. Incomplete deliveries, return-freight costs and complaints are largely eliminated. The same infrastructure, via the QR printed on every panel, also provides traceability from sheet to customer.
