Energy software that brings inverter data, meter readings and market settlement together on a single dashboard

We do not replace your Logo, Mikro, Netsis or SAP accounting backbone. We take production data scattered across brand-locked portals such as Huawei FusionSolar, SMA, SolarEdge and SCADA, OSOS (automatic meter reading) data and EPİAŞ (Turkish energy exchange) settlement, and bring them into a single real-time, brand-independent, reconciled operational layer. Not an off-the-shelf package — built for your business. Source code and data are one hundred percent yours.

7 modules Portfolio monitoring, performance analytics, EPİAŞ settlement, OSOS, CMMS, EMS, BI
4+ ERPs Integration running alongside Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP
Brand-independent Huawei, SMA, SolarEdge, Solis, Sungrow and SCADA on one dashboard
100% source code Software and data stay entirely with you
Does this sound familiar?

When production data lives in the brand portal, financial data lives in Excel, and the two never reconcile

In most firms operating solar (GES) or wind (RES) plants, delivering EPC installations or managing energy efficiency in an organised industrial zone (OSB), monitoring, meter and market data runs in separate silos. If the list below sounds familiar, the issue is not buying a new SCADA; it is building the right layer on top of your existing systems to connect them.

  • Brand portals such as Huawei FusionSolar, SMA Sunny Portal, SolarEdge and Solis do not talk to each other; monitoring a multi-brand or multi-site portfolio on one screen is impossible, and the operator juggles a separate portal and password for every site.
  • SCADA, the inverter cloud, OSOS meter data, the EMS and the ERP are disconnected; production data and financial/settlement data are merged by hand in Excel at month end, and reconciliation arrives late and wrong.
  • EPİAŞ day-ahead bidding, balancing-settlement and YEKDEM (renewable support mechanism) reporting are regulation-bound and change often; imbalance cost and forecast deviation are calculated by hand at most SMEs, and imbalance penalties run high.
  • Performance losses such as string failure, soiling, shading or PID are usually noticed in the monthly invoice or report; without a real-time performance ratio (PR) and alert thresholds, lost production cannot be recovered.
  • Field maintenance and EPC installation still run on paper, WhatsApp and Excel; work orders, commissioning checklists, warranty/SLA tracking and spare part history are not digital, and no sensor data is collected for predictive maintenance.
  • OSOS and meter data stays in the distribution company's system; consumers and industrial users cannot access their own consumption, compensation and reactive penalty data in real time, and visibility of losses and quality (outages/harmonics) is low.
  • The continuous monitoring and baseline required for ISO 50001 is not fully in place at most OSB facilities; data is gathered by hand before audits, and machine/shift breakdowns and specific energy consumption (SEC) per unit of product are missing.
  • SCADA and the EMS produce plenty of raw data, but most firms lack a site-specific KPI dashboard (PR, availability, MWh, imbalance cost, OPEX) and management reports; there is data, but no decision support.
  • Global SCADA and ETRM licences are expensive, heavy and inflexible; they are overkill for an SME EPC or manufacturing firm at Gaziantep OSB scale, and the gap for a light, local solution built to need is keenly felt.
  • As sites, brands and distribution regions multiply, tracking becomes person-dependent; when an engineer leaves, nobody is left who knows what is happening at which site, and no institutional memory forms.
The sector's software landscape today

The software the energy sector uses today — and the gap it leaves

Each of the tools below does its own job well; the problem is that they do not connect, and the gaps between them are filled by hand, with Excel, or not at all. Custom software steps in precisely in that gap.

LayerSoftware in use todayThe gap it leaves
SCADA and remote monitoring/control AVEVA Wonderware (System Platform / InTouch), Siemens WinCC (PCS 7), Schneider EcoStruxure, Rockwell FactoryTalk, ABB; local integrators (Bautek, SGE) Monitors inverters, transformers and switchgear 24/7 at large plants, and handles curtailment and TEİAŞ data exchange; but licences are expensive, deployment is heavy and it is mostly single-site. It does not show a multi-site portfolio together with financial and market data on one management screen.
Inverter manufacturers' monitoring clouds Huawei FusionSolar, SMA Sunny Portal / ennexOS, SolarEdge Monitoring, Fronius Solar.web, Solis SolarCloud, Sungrow iSolarCloud Provides per-brand production, string performance and fault tracking for rooftop and ground-mount solar; FusionSolar is very widespread in Türkiye. But it is brand-locked (vendor lock-in): sites with different brands cannot be combined on one dashboard, and the public APIs are underused for a single normalised view.
Solar/wind design, simulation and proposals PVsyst (P50/P90 bank reports), Valentin PV*SOL, Aurora Solar / HelioScope, SurgePV; WindPRO / WAsP for wind Lets the EPC firm prepare feasibility studies, yield estimates, performance ratios and bank reports; a pre-project tool. It does not cover actual production, performance tracking or maintenance operations after the plant is commissioned.
OSOS, metering and EMS / energy monitoring Netaş NEOS OSOS, METRUM, Bimetri, İlkem; on the EMS side DEOS DATA, CTS, Reengen, CARBIOT, Schneider Power Monitoring Expert Covers remote meter reading, reactive/compensation tracking and in-plant consumption monitoring; fundamental for an ISO 50001 baseline. But OSOS data often stays with the distribution company, and the EMS never joins production and market data on the same dashboard.
EPİAŞ market, ETRM and production forecasting EPİAŞ Market Management System (PYS), Transparency Platform (seffaflik.epias.com.tr), YEKDEM; on the ETRM side APLUS Enerji RIX ETRM, Gain Enerji portfolio Manages the day-ahead market, balancing-settlement and YEKDEM financial processes. Professional ETRM solutions are positioned and priced for large portfolios; at SME scale, day-ahead bids and imbalance cost are still largely calculated by hand.
Maintenance (CMMS), projects and ERP CMMS: Bakım724, Servix, PBT PRO, Repairist, SAP PM/EAM, IBM Maximo; projects: Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project; ERP: Logo (Tiger/Netsis), Mikro, SAP Covers maintenance, EPC project planning and the finance-stock-purchasing side. But plant production, SCADA/OSOS measurements, EPİAŞ settlement and field maintenance sit outside these systems, mostly in Excel and brand portals; this is the clearest integration gap.
Our approach

An operational layer that connects it all — without replacing your SCADA or brand portal

We leave your existing monitoring, metering and ERP systems in place, and build an energy-focused layer on top that connects them and fills the gaps in between.

Your existing ERP and portal stay in place

We do not throw away Logo, Mikro, Netsis or SAP, FusionSolar, SMA or your SCADA. Accounting and statutory processes continue in your current system; we build the production-market-maintenance layer that works alongside them.

One brand-independent monitoring layer

We gather Huawei, SMA, SolarEdge, Solis and Sungrow APIs and SCADA data into a single normalised dashboard. A multi-brand, multi-site portfolio on one screen; a middle layer that breaks vendor lock-in.

An operational layer built for your business

Not an off-the-shelf package; software designed around your site topology, your inverter and meter brands, your distribution region and your market position — speaking the language of an energy company.

Real-time performance and alerts

Hourly forecasts from weather and production history, actual-vs-expected production deviation, performance ratio (PR) tracking; automatic alerts for underperformance, soiling or PID, and warranty claim triggering.

Production, meters, market and maintenance in one flow

From inverter output to OSOS readings, from EPİAŞ settlement to field maintenance, every step is connected. Production is measured, reconciliation is done, work orders are opened — all in the same system, with no manual Excel merging.

Digital data capture from the field

EPC installation progress, commissioning checklists, QR- and photo-based work orders; sensor (IoT) data for predictive maintenance. Field data is captured where the work happens, not on paper — with a module that also works offline.

The systems we build

The right system for every layer of the energy operation

You do not have to build them all at once; we start where it bleeds most — usually portfolio monitoring or settlement.

Integration with your existing ERP

Digitalise without throwing your systems away

You may be running Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP or another ERP, brand portals such as FusionSolar, SMA and SolarEdge, and SCADA. You do not have to replace them. Pan Innovation House builds a custom operational software layer that works alongside these systems; accounting and statutory processes stay in your existing ERP and production data stays in your brand portal, while we unify the monitoring-settlement-maintenance-reporting side and fill the gaps in between.

Our integration approach
  • You do not have to replace Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP or any other ERP.
  • Accounting, e-invoicing and statutory processes stay in your existing ERP; production data stays in your brand portal.
  • Monitoring, performance, EPİAŞ settlement, maintenance and reporting are unified in a custom operational layer.
  • Two-way, controlled data flow is built between the inverter APIs, SCADA, OSOS and market data and the ERP.
  • Not a one-off data transfer; continuous, automated and auditable synchronisation.
Outcomes

What changes in the energy operation once it is connected?

  • All sites and brands monitored live on one screen with one password
  • Automatic reconciliation of production with financial/settlement data — the month-end Excel grind ends
  • Imbalance cost made visible and penalties reduced
  • Real-time performance ratio (PR) and early warnings that recover lost production
  • Underperformance and faults under warranty turned into timely warranty claims
  • Field maintenance and EPC installation running on digital work orders instead of paper/WhatsApp
  • Auditor-ready, automatically generated reports for ISO 50001 and CBAM
  • Visibility of reactive penalties and losses, with early compensation warnings
  • Managers seeing the PR, MWh, revenue, OPEX and ROI picture on one panel, on mobile
  • Tracking freed from person-dependency and turned into institutional memory
Process

A realistic five-stage path that begins with discovery.

  1. 01

    Initial meeting

    1 week

We listen to your portfolio, which brand portals, SCADA, OSOS and ERP you use, and your priorities. We clarify expectations and draw the right scope together. No obligation.

  2. 02

    Site discovery and process analysis

    1-2 weeks

We come to the site; we observe your inverter, meter and SCADA topology and your EPİAŞ settlement and maintenance flow in person. We map the current portal, ERP and Excel landscape and where each piece of data gets stuck.

  3. 03

    Digital transformation roadmap

    1 week

We present a clear roadmap showing which module goes live first (usually portfolio monitoring or settlement), ranked by benefit and priority. Not a fantasy — a phased plan that fits the site and the regulations.

  4. 04

    Module-based software development

    Per module

Starting where it bleeds most, we develop the modules one by one and test the API and SCADA integrations with real data. Visible progress at every step, no surprises.

  5. 05

    Go-live, training and support

    Ongoing

We train the operations and field teams, take the system live and stay at your side. As regulations change or new sites are added, the software grows with you.

Why Pan Innovation House?

Not a software vendor, but a digital transformation team that knows the shop floor.

A local team that knows Gaziantep industry and the OSB

We know the realities of energy efficiency, rooftop solar and compensation in the OSB, and the field conditions an EPC firm works in. We are not distant from the field or from how the OSB operates.

A software approach that understands the energy field

We design by talking through inverters, string performance, settlement and maintenance. We fit the software to the field and the regulations — not the field to the software.

Brand and licence independence

You are not tied to a particular inverter brand or to a SCADA or ETRM licence. With open APIs we build a light, brand-independent layer that scales to your needs.

Digitalisation without replacing your ERP or portal

We protect your existing investment and build on top. We connect your systems without a risky, expensive, drawn-out migration.

A view that thinks monitoring, automation and reporting together

Not just monitoring; we treat market automation, predictive maintenance and management reporting as one whole.

Source code and data are one hundred percent yours

The source code of the software we build, and the data it produces, belong entirely to you. You own your own system, not a locked licence.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Energy and Renewable Energy software.

Do we need to replace our existing SCADA and inverter portals (FusionSolar, SMA, SolarEdge)?

No. Your existing SCADA and brand portals stay in place. We pull the data through their APIs and combine it in one normalised dashboard. The goal is not to replace your systems but to connect systems that do not talk to each other into a single view.

Can we really see inverters of different brands and different sites on one screen?

Yes, that is the heart of it. We normalise the open APIs of brands such as Huawei, SMA, SolarEdge, Solis and Sungrow together with SCADA data and gather them on one dashboard. You monitor a multi-brand, multi-site portfolio with one password on one screen; the separate portal and password hassle for every site ends.

Can EPİAŞ settlement and YEKDEM reporting be automated?

Yes. With a module integrated with the EPİAŞ Transparency Platform and PYS data, we automate day-ahead bidding support, balancing-settlement reconciliation, YEKDEM and imbalance cost calculation. We keep the module current as regulation changes; manual Excel calculations and the errors they cause decline.

Does it integrate with our existing Logo / Mikro / Netsis / SAP system?

Yes. Your accounting and finance backbone stays in your existing ERP. We transfer monitoring, maintenance and production data to the ERP through a bridge layer: the cost, depreciation, purchasing and e-invoicing side runs in sync. Automatic invoices and reconciliation can be generated from metering data.

Can we catch plant performance loss in real time?

Yes. We generate hourly forecasts from weather and production history and continuously track the deviation between actual and expected output. We raise threshold-based automatic alerts for underperformance, soiling, shading or PID, and trigger the warranty claim process when needed — so the loss is noticed that day, not in the invoice month.

Can it produce reports for ISO 50001 and CBAM?

Yes. We read electricity, gas, water and steam meters and produce machine, shift and per-unit (SEC) breakdowns, baselines and reactive penalty alerts. Auditor-ready automatic reports; the same data infrastructure also underpins CBAM and Green Deal carbon reporting.

How long does the project take?

Giving a single figure would not be honest; it depends on scope, sites and module count. That is why we proceed module by module: we usually start with the process that bleeds most, such as portfolio monitoring or settlement, deliver the first benefit quickly and grow the system in stages. We share a firm timeline after site discovery.

Do you serve plants and firms outside Gaziantep?

Yes. We are based in Gaziantep and know the OSB closely; but we also serve solar/wind operators, EPC firms and energy efficiency companies in neighbouring provinces and across Türkiye. We plan the programme together for site discovery and remote monitoring integration.

Let us start together

Let's see your site first, then talk.

During site discovery we examine your inverter, meter and SCADA topology and your EPİAŞ settlement and maintenance flow in person, and together we determine which module will bring you the fastest benefit. No obligation.
