Web Applications & SaaS Development

We design and build internal systems and subscription-based SaaS products that run in the browser, sit behind secure sign-in and show content according to role and permission. We shape them around how your business actually works, and we share the source code with you.

A web application is software that runs in a browser and includes user sign-in, role and permission management, a database and business logic. Unlike a promotional corporate website, it is a system people work in every day: an order panel, a dealer portal, a production tracking screen or a customer self-service area. SaaS (software as a service) is the same application offered to many companies on a subscription model, with each company's data kept separate.

Off-the-shelf panels and template plugins get you started quickly, but they hit their limits as soon as your workflow steps outside standard patterns. Custom role hierarchies, company-specific approval flows, integration with your existing ERP or accounting software, or automatic generation of export documents are needs that ready-made products rarely cover. With custom development, the application is built to fit your processes, carries no unnecessary features and stands on a scalable foundation.

At Pan Innovation House we build web applications on an API-first architecture with a modern, maintainable stack. In a multi-tenant setup every customer's data is isolated; the role and permission layer, audit logging and security are part of the design from day one. We develop iteratively, showing a working version at the end of every sprint; we hand over one hundred per cent of the source code, and after go-live we provide maintenance and SLA-backed support.

Who is it for?

Who is Web Applications & SaaS a good fit for?

Manufacturers that want a dealer and customer portal

A web portal for carpet, machinery, textile and food manufacturers where dealers place orders and see their account balance and shipment status. It moves order traffic away from phone calls and WhatsApp into a single panel and reduces errors.

Start-ups and SMEs building their own SaaS product

Multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure for teams that want to turn a subscription software idea for a specific sector into a product: end-to-end setup including registration, plans and subscriptions, billing integration and usage-based permissions.

Companies with scattered internal operations

A single internal web system for businesses whose processes are split across Excel files, email chains and separate tools. An operations panel that brings production, shipping, quality or HR flows onto one screen, governed by roles and permissions.

Exporters and multi-branch businesses

A central, multilingual web application for exporters and multi-branch companies working across different locations, countries and currencies. Permission separation between branches, consolidated reporting and integration with existing systems bring distributed teams together in one panel.

What we build

What we deliver within Web Applications & SaaS

Multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure

A multi-tenant architecture where every customer's data is logically separated on a shared codebase. With tenant-level configuration, domain mapping and data isolation, we lay a SaaS foundation that is ready to grow.

Role, permission and audit layer

Screen and action permissions by role: admin, manager, operator, dealer and more. Approval flows for sensitive actions and an audit log that answers who did what and when make for a secure permission model.

Dashboards and operations panels

Dashboards that drive decisions: summary cards, filterable tables, charts and export. They condense data into the one screen managers use daily and reduce the need for a separate reporting tool.

Real-time data and notifications

WebSocket-based live updates so order, stock or status changes appear on screen without a page refresh. In-app notifications, email and instant alerts where needed keep teams informed on time.

Customer and dealer self-service portals

Self-service areas where customers and dealers place their own orders, access documents, open requests and track their account balance. They lift repetitive load off the operations team and speed up the customer experience.

API-first architecture and integration

A structure where the API is designed first and the web interface runs on that API. It integrates with your existing ERP, CRM, accounting software, Türkiye's e-invoice (GİB) services and payment providers (iyzico, PayTR), and makes adding a mobile app later much easier.

Subscription, billing and usage management

Plan definitions, subscription status, trial periods and usage-based limits for SaaS products. Payment provider integration and an invoicing flow keep the recurring revenue model technically sustainable.

Process

How we move from discovery to go-live

  1. 01

    Discovery and process mapping

Together we map your current workflow, user roles and the systems to integrate with. We pin down the scope, screen list and priorities to form a realistic roadmap; cost and timeline become concrete after this stage.

  2. 02

    Architecture and interface design

We design the data model, the multi-tenancy approach, the role and permission scheme and the API contract. We prepare clickable mock-ups of the critical screens, and once the direction is right we move into development.

  3. 03

    Iterative development

We split the work into sprints and show a working version at the end of each one. Core flows go live first; feedback drives early corrections and there are no surprise deliveries.

  4. 04

Testing and four-eyes review (Pan Standard)

We verify with automated tests, security and permission checks and real-world scenarios. Every delivery goes live only after passing the Pan Standard four-eyes review.

  5. 05

    Go-live, maintenance and SLA

We deploy with CI/CD, set up monitoring and backups and hand the source code over to you. From then on we stay alongside you with maintenance, updates and new feature development under a defined SLA.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Web Applications & SaaS

How much does a web application cost, and how long does it take?

Cost and timeline depend on the number of screens, the complexity of roles and permissions, integration requirements and whether multi-tenancy is needed. Rather than inventing a figure up front, we clarify the scope after discovery and present a concrete proposal and schedule. If you prefer, we can start with a core version and grow it in stages.

Do we own the source code?

Yes. We hand over one hundred per cent of the source code we develop and create no vendor lock-in. The code repository, documentation and deployment details stay with you, and you can continue with another team whenever you wish.

Will it integrate with our existing ERP, accounting and payment systems?

It will. Thanks to the API-first architecture, we integrate the application with your existing ERP, CRM, accounting software, Türkiye's e-invoice (GİB) services and payment providers such as iyzico and PayTR. We define the integration scope during discovery, based on the APIs and file formats each system offers.

What is the difference between a website and a web application?

A website mainly presents promotional content; visitors read and move on. A web application requires sign-in, works by role and permission, and is used for real work every day: an order panel, a dealer portal, an internal operations screen. This page covers the latter — applications that do work.

Can you build multi-tenant SaaS?

Yes. In a multi-tenant architecture every customer's data is isolated while running on a shared codebase; subscriptions, plans and usage management are part of the design from the start. This is our standard approach for start-ups and companies building their own SaaS product.

Do you provide maintenance and support after delivery?

We do. After go-live we provide monitoring, bug fixing, security updates and new feature development under a defined SLA. We shape the maintenance scope together, around your needs.
