  • Recipes and formulations live in Excel or in the master operator's head; they are out of sync with the ERP's bill of materials, revisions are not versioned, and confidential formulas are poorly protected.

  • Expiry and retest date tracking is weak; without FEFO discipline, chemicals past their shelf life stay in stock, and no alert mechanism exists.
  • True batch costs are unclear; because energy, waste, reactor time and labour are not allocated correctly to the batch, quoting and pricing rest on guesswork and margin erosion goes unseen.
  • Shop-floor data collection is not digital; weighing, dosing, reactor temperature/time and production confirmations are entered later from paper, so there is no real-time production visibility.
  • Systems are islands: the ERP is separate, the SDS software separate, the lab Excel separate, ADR separate; the same substance data is duplicated by hand in 4-5 places, creating inconsistency and double data entry.

Common questions about Chemicals and Chemical Production software.

Do we have to replace our existing Logo / Mikro / Netsis / SAP system?

No. Your existing ERP and accounting system stays in place. We build a chemicals-specific layer alongside it that manages the recipe-batch-laboratory-SDS-ADR processes and, where needed, provide two-way data integration between the two systems.

Our recipes and formulations are in Excel; how do you secure them?

We move the recipes into a single source of truth and version them. Role-based access protects the confidential formula; who made which revision, and when, is recorded. Lab-pilot-production scale-up and theoretical cost/SDS component output from the recipe are our standard approach.

Does batch/lot traceability genuinely help in a recall?

Yes — that is its core purpose. Because raw-material lots, production batches and customer shipments are linked together, we provide a simulation that identifies within seconds which batches are affected in a complaint or recall, and which customers received them.

We have no LIMS; can we manage laboratory quality too?

Yes. For producers whose budget does not stretch to large LIMS platforms such as SampleManager or LabWare, we build a light QC module at the right scale: sample-method-specification, automatic CoA generation and a stock lock tied to batch disposition. Rejected or on-hold batches cannot be shipped.

Does this software produce our SDS/GBF and KKDİK compliance?

Specialist software such as Lisam ExESS is strong at SDS generation, and we do not promise to replace it. What we do is track SDS revisions and distribute them to customers automatically, monitor your KKDİK tonnage band with reminders, and integrate with your existing SDS software to stop out-of-date forms circulating in the field.

Can ADR and TMGD processes integrate with shipping?

Yes. We link UN numbers, hazard classes and packing groups to the product; when a shipment is created, we automatically produce the data needed for the ADR transport document and the TMGD report. Manual matching in Excel and the risk of incorrect or incomplete declarations disappear.

How long does the project take?

A single figure would be misleading; it depends on scope and module count. That is why we proceed module by module: we usually start with recipes and batch traceability, which deliver the quickest win, you see the first benefit within a short time, and we grow the system in stages. We share a firm timetable after the survey.

Do you also serve chemical producers outside Gaziantep?
