Your existing ERP stays in place
We do not replace Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP or CanIAS. Accounting, e-invoicing and statutory processes continue in your current system; we build the chemicals-specific operational layer that works alongside it.
In most chemical producers, formulation, batch production, lot traceability, laboratory quality control, compliance with SDS and KKDİK (the Turkish REACH regulation), and ADR shipping are scattered across Excel, paper and external consultants. Without replacing your existing Logo, Mikro, Netsis or SAP system, we develop a chemicals-specific operational software layer that works alongside it.
If even one of the sentences below is yours, you are on the right page.
We set out the sector's current picture as it is: real tools, real limits. The custom software opportunity begins exactly where these tools end.
| Layer | Software in use today | The gap it leaves |
|---|---|---|
| ERP / accounting (the common base) | Logo Netsis 3 Enterprise / Tiger, Logo GO, Mikro, SAP (large scale), Microsoft Dynamics 365, Login ERP, CanIAS, ETA | Covers current accounts, accounting, stock, purchasing, invoicing and e-invoicing well. Chemicals-specific processes such as recipe versioning, batch traceability, LIMS, SDS/KKDİK and ADR are covered superficially or not at all; in practice these gaps are closed with Excel and paper. |
| Production / recipe-formulation | Logo Netsis production & recipe module (alternative recipes), Login ERP formulation/reactor tracking, SAP PP-PI at large scale; rarely BatchMaster, Sage X3, Aptean Process ERP | Holds a rough bill of materials. Lab-pilot-production scale-up, revision history, role-based access to confidential formulas and deriving theoretical cost/SDS components from the recipe are mostly missing; in SMEs the recipe often stays in Excel. |
| LIMS / laboratory quality control | Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS (represented by Integron), LabWare LIMS, LabVantage, Centra LIMS; Thermo Chromeleon CDS for chromatography | Powerful, but positioned for the scale and budget of large/accredited laboratories. Most SME chemical producers have no separate LIMS; QC records are kept in Excel/on paper, and batch disposition is not automatically linked to a stock lock. |
| SDS/GBF & labels + KKDİK/REACH/CLP-SEA compliance | Lisam ExESS (the most widespread, multilingual), ChemRAS LogicSDS, Chemleg EPY, MARKA GBF software | Produces GHS-compliant 16-section safety data sheets and CLP/SEA labels. Rather than buying software, SMEs usually hand the work to consultants such as Lisam, Kavi, TTS, Bureau Veritas and TÜV; automatic distribution of SDS revisions by product/customer usually does not exist. |
| KKDİK / Turkish REACH registration | IUCLID (technical dossier format), KKS - the Chemical Registration System (ministry portal); the process mostly runs through consultants (Kavi, Pier Compliance, Bureau Veritas, TÜV Austria, TTS, Asan) and certified chemical assessment experts (KDU) | Requires pre-registration, an IUCLID technical dossier, a Chemical Safety Report above 10 tonnes and KDU approval. Firms rarely manage this in-house with software; tonnage-band monitoring and reminders are mostly manual and dependent on external consultants. |
| Dangerous goods (ADR) & TMGD | ADR documentation tools such as DG Assistant / DGRoute, TMGD management/reporting software; UN number-class-packing codes mostly in Excel | Produces ADR transport documents, hazard class definitions and the TMGD annual activity report, but in most firms it is not integrated with the production ERP; the shipment-ADR-TMGD match runs separately and by hand. |
| Office / auxiliary (the de facto tool) | Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp (shift/field communication), paper forms, e-mail | Recipe variants, QC results, batch records, stock counts, ADR substance lists and cost calculations mostly live here in practice. This is the most widespread real tool — and the starting point of the custom software opportunity. |
We preserve your existing systems and build on top of them a chemicals-specific software layer that brings recipes, traceability, lab and compliance processes into a single flow.
We do not replace Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP or CanIAS. Accounting, e-invoicing and statutory processes continue in your current system; we build the chemicals-specific operational layer that works alongside it.
Role-based access to confidential formulas, revision history, lab-pilot-production scale-up, and automatic theoretical cost and theoretical SDS component output from the recipe. The core module that replaces Excel.
Raw-material lots, production batches and customer shipments are traced forwards and backwards in a single click. A simulation that identifies the affected batches within seconds in a complaint or recall.
Weighing, dosing confirmations, reactor temperature/time and QC sample entry are captured where the work happens, on tablets or handheld terminals. An e-batch record evidenced with photos and signatures; the paper batch file goes digital.
Sample-method-specification management, automatic CoA generation and a stock lock driven by batch disposition. Rejected or on-hold batches cannot be shipped; an out-of-spec (OOS) result triggers an alert.
SDS revision tracking, KKDİK tonnage-band reminders, ADR linked to shipments, FEFO/retest alerts; and for the owner, true batch costs, waste/yield, rejection rates and a compliance risk score.
You do not have to build them all at once; we start from the process that hurts most, with the module you need.
Versioned recipes, role-based access to confidential formulas, alternative recipes, lab-pilot-production scale-up and theoretical cost/SDS component output from the recipe. Moves the Excel recipe into a single source of truth.

Detailed page →Forward and backward QR/barcode tracing from raw-material lot to customer shipment, plus recall simulation. Which lot, which batch, which customer — answered within seconds.
Sample intake, method and specification management, automatic CoA generation, a stock lock driven by batch disposition and out-of-spec (OOS) alerts. The right scale for SMEs far from a SampleManager/LabWare budget.
SDS revision tracking with automatic distribution to customers, KKDİK tonnage-band monitoring and reminders, retest/expiry alerts. Built to work integrated with SDS software such as Lisam ExESS.
Detailed page →UN numbers, hazard classes and packing groups linked to the product; automatic ADR transport documents and TMGD reports from shipments, and FEFO-disciplined shelf management. Shipping and ADR are no longer disconnected.
True batch costs, waste/yield, capacity utilisation, batch rejection rates, stock nearing expiry and a compliance risk score on a single screen. Live visibility without waiting for the end-of-day report.
Detailed page → APITwo-way data flow with systems such as Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP and Lisam ExESS; a middle layer with a single master record (substance/product/CAS/UN No) that ends double entry.
Detailed page →Export documentation that bundles multilingual SDS, CoA, certificates of origin and ADR documents into one package. Prepares compliance evidence for EU customers demanding KKDİK/REACH in a single click, not piece by piece.
You may be using Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP, CanIAS or another ERP; you do not have to replace them. Pan Innovation House develops the chemicals-specific operational layer that works alongside these systems and your existing SDS software (Lisam ExESS, for example). While accounting and statutory processes remain in your current ERP, recipes, batch traceability, laboratory quality, SDS/KKDİK and ADR are managed from a single master record — and double data entry ends.
Our integration approach →We listen to your needs, your current ERP and SDS system, and your recipe and compliance priorities. We clarify expectations and shape the right scope together. No obligation.
We come to the plant; we observe the recipe flow, batch production, the laboratory, the warehouse, and the SDS and ADR processes in place. We map your existing ERP, SDS software and Excel arrangements.
We present a clear roadmap ranking which module goes live first by benefit and priority. The quickest win usually lies in recipes and batch traceability; a staged plan that fits the field.
We develop the modules one by one, starting from the process that hurts most, and test them on shift. We build the ERP and SDS integrations and make progress visible at every step; no surprises.
We train the production, laboratory and despatch teams, take the system live and stay at your side. As regulations change and new needs emerge, the software grows with you.
We know how the production of paints, detergents, soap, cosmetics, construction chemicals and textile auxiliary chemicals works. We are not remote from the realities of the OSB or the shop floor.
We design by talking recipes, batches, reactors, shifts and the SDS/ADR process. We fit the software to the floor, not the floor to the software.
We do not force you into a mould. A paint producer and a detergent producer need different things; the software is built around your processes, and there is no charge for modules you do not use.
We protect your existing Logo/Mikro/Netsis/SAP investment and build on top of it. We do not put you through a risky, expensive, drawn-out ERP migration.
Not just production; we handle batch traceability, SDS/KKDİK, ADR, integration and management reporting as a single whole.
We come, see and listen first. We measure before we promise; we offer a workable plan, not inflated claims. 100% of the source code and data stays with you.
No. Your existing ERP and accounting system stays in place. We build a chemicals-specific layer alongside it that manages the recipe-batch-laboratory-SDS-ADR processes and, where needed, provide two-way data integration between the two systems.
We move the recipes into a single source of truth and version them. Role-based access protects the confidential formula; who made which revision, and when, is recorded. Lab-pilot-production scale-up and theoretical cost/SDS component output from the recipe are our standard approach.
Yes — that is its core purpose. Because raw-material lots, production batches and customer shipments are linked together, we provide a simulation that identifies within seconds which batches are affected in a complaint or recall, and which customers received them.
Yes. For producers whose budget does not stretch to large LIMS platforms such as SampleManager or LabWare, we build a light QC module at the right scale: sample-method-specification, automatic CoA generation and a stock lock tied to batch disposition. Rejected or on-hold batches cannot be shipped.
Specialist software such as Lisam ExESS is strong at SDS generation, and we do not promise to replace it. What we do is track SDS revisions and distribute them to customers automatically, monitor your KKDİK tonnage band with reminders, and integrate with your existing SDS software to stop out-of-date forms circulating in the field.
Yes. We link UN numbers, hazard classes and packing groups to the product; when a shipment is created, we automatically produce the data needed for the ADR transport document and the TMGD report. Manual matching in Excel and the risk of incorrect or incomplete declarations disappear.
A single figure would be misleading; it depends on scope and module count. That is why we proceed module by module: we usually start with recipes and batch traceability, which deliver the quickest win, you see the first benefit within a short time, and we grow the system in stages. We share a firm timetable after the survey.
Yes. We are based in Gaziantep and know its OSB chemical industry closely; but we also serve chemical producers in the surrounding provinces and across Türkiye. We plan the on-site survey and process schedule together.
During the on-site survey we examine your recipe, batch production, laboratory, SDS/KKDİK and ADR flow in place, and together determine which module will bring you the fastest benefit. No obligation.
