In the Gaziantep organised industrial zone (OSB), most firms producing textile, milling, packaging and agricultural machinery, pressure vessels, steel structures and automotive spare parts have a settled finance backbone; but in project-based manufacturing, quote costing, shop-floor tracking and traceability run outside the system. The sector's software landscape is heavily layered: a horizontal accounting/ERP backbone, sector-specific technical tools (CAD, CAM, nesting) and shop-floor monitoring systems bolted on later. Each layer does its own job well, but the bridge between them is usually missing; data is carried by hand, and cost and traceability fall into the gap. Your finance and accounting backbone (Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP or CanIAS) stays in place; your e-invoice, e-despatch note and current-account order is never disturbed. The operational layer we build talks to your ERP through its API or database: current accounts, stock, orders and invoices are kept in a single source of truth, and work-order, shop-floor production and subcontracting data flows into it. In the same way, CAD, CAM and nesting outputs connect to this layer as BOMs, times and waste. You neither end up with a second accounting system nor keep running the shop floor on Excel.

Will we have to replace our existing Logo / Mikro / Netsis system?

The goal is not to build a second accounting system but to connect the shop floor and the costs the ERP cannot see.

We do project-based one-off manufacturing and cannot define BOMs up front; does the solution fit us?

It is built precisely for this situation. Standard MRP demands a BOM up front; in project-based manufacturing that is often impossible. How exactly do you handle subcontractor and outsourced-work tracking?

We despatch outgoing parts with QR/barcodes and register them on return. How much went out, how much came back, what the subcontracting cost is, which subcontractor missed a deadline and whether there was a quality rejection is visible in real time. Month-end reconciliation and progress payments are calculated automatically; the notebook-and-Excel process that ends in lost parts and arguments is closed.
