1. A free 30-minute review
We look at your account together over a screen share and show you the first findings in the same call. The free part is this call and those first findings.
If Google Ads and Meta Ads are live and the budget is being spent but conversions do not follow, the cause is usually one of a handful of known problems: the wrong campaign type, weak keyword choices, incomplete conversion tracking or an audience that is far too broad. In a free 30-minute review we show you the first findings; a detailed written report needs read-only access to your accounts.
In ad accounts we check these first: (1) conversion tracking that is wrong or incomplete, (2) no negative keyword list, (3) audiences built far too broad, or lookalikes fed from the wrong source, (4) a missing Meta Conversions API (CAPI) set-up, (5) a campaign type that does not fit the goal (for example Performance Max alone instead of Search), (6) creative and copy unchanged for months.

For a detailed review you give us read-only access to Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4; we do not touch your campaign settings. Files containing personal data, such as customer lists, are not needed. Before access, we share a confidentiality undertaking and our data-processing terms under KVKK (Türkiye's personal data protection law) in writing.
Within about two working days of access we review campaign structure, conversion tracking, audience quality, creative and keyword strategy. Findings are ranked by impact (high, medium, low) in a written report; its scope, and its fee if any, is agreed in writing during the free review.
We walk through the report, agree priorities with you and answer your questions. You are under no obligation to continue; the report is yours.
If you want, PAN implements the recommendations; if you prefer, your own team or current agency does. Either way the report stays with you.

Google Ads consultancy reviews your campaign structure, conversion tracking, keywords and audience settings to find the part of the budget that is wasted and fix it. At PAN it starts with a free 30-minute review; for the detailed audit we take read-only access to Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 and rank the findings in a written report and a presentation call. You, your own team or your current agency can implement the recommendations.
The free review is a 30-minute call in which we look at your campaign structure, conversion tracking and spend together and show you the first findings. The scope of the detailed read-only audit and written report, and its fee if any, is agreed in writing in that call. Implementing the recommendations is a separate service, quoted separately.
No. The audit shows where the budget is wasted and what to fix first; results also depend on your product, pricing, competition and how well your site converts. We agree target values with you from your current data before any work starts, and report progress against the same metrics.
The service fee depends on the number of platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), the number of campaigns, the volume of creative and the reporting scope. Ad spend is separate from the fee and paid to the platforms directly. We send a written proposal after the first call.
If your site is slow on mobile, the checkout or form step is broken, or product pages leave buyers' questions unanswered, raising the ad budget only makes the problem bigger. In that case the site and conversion flow should be fixed first, and we will say so plainly in the review.
The first 30-minute call is free and includes the first findings. The detailed written report is prepared within about two working days of read-only access; its scope, and its fee if any, is agreed in writing during the call.
